Refund Policy for Deposits

The Hotel will refund any deposit money paid toward any aspect of an individual, group, school, or holiday program booking on the following terms:

  • If the Hotel is unable to open on your reserved date.
  • If the Hotel is unable to host group bookings of your size due to government health restrictions.
  • If the Hotel needs to limit capacity, and your group’s reservation cannot be accommodated.
  • If Hotel amenities and attractions need to operate at 50% or less of our normal operations due to government restrictions.

Important Notes

  • Deposited money will not be refunded in case the reservation cancellation/date change is due to a change of mind by guests.
  • For group bookings, it is recommended to make reservations at least 3 days prior to the reservation date to monitor current conditions and restrictions.
  • School/holiday groups must make prior reservations to confirm bookings, allowing sufficient time for necessary arrangements for students.
